Kickstart 2023

The KTL Europe team took part in Kickstart 2023 at the weekend. 

The idea of the day was to bring the team together and celebrate the achievements of 2022 and look forwards to 2023. The CEO Sina Kinay joined the team for the day and following his speech there was presentations from Myles, Alex, Zoe, Sharon and Richard. We then had our guest speaker Sean Weafer who discussed with the team ‘How to Lead Teams and Win Clients in the Hybrid World’ A fascinating insight looking at connecting with colour.

The team looked back on the highlights and challenges of 2022. These included the situation within the global market; the war in Ukraine, continued covid complications in China and freight rate instability not to mention changes post brexit and the introduction of CDS to replace the CHIEF System for UK Customs.

Myles is incredibly grateful that the team who have continued to fight hard and adapt to those challenges.

The highlights of the year was the opening of the LHR office with Zoe at the helm, Richard joined the team who has built our sales team up and our team in Istanbul increased from two people to five- offering operational, commercial and network/agency development support. We also saw New Commercial Team at our Hampshire office.

We are looking forward to 2023 with our new sales force and our team in a really strong position we are all looking forward to watching the company grow.
