Why did we decide to take on an apprentice?

Our reasons for employing an apprentice, is that we need more young blood into the industry and to show younger people that it is a varied and interesting career. We also get the opportunity with Tom, that KTL has someone that will stay within KTL Family not just for the 24 month period but to grow with us.

We asked Tom why he wanted to join the KTL Family?

He replied “I wanted to come into the industry as I was looking for more of a career-based job and Freight Forwarding seems like a varied and interesting role and from what I have seen so far it is definitely something I would like to continue with”

With an exciting and busy year ahead for us we are looking forward to showing Tom the industry.
