USA Urgent

KTL have recently been involved in a very urgent shipment to the USA for a product for top 10 global company our client in the UK had a 100% without fail delivery schedule, this trail shipment HAD to deliver on time, and the KTL team worked closely with the Airline to make sure goods departed in time, and arrived on schedule, the journey was fraught with late night calls between our US office and KTL Staff, but we managed to arrange the shipment on time.

As the client correctly pointed out, knowing that we were on hand to correct any issues as they happened, even with the time zone difference made the process a lot easier to manage.

Along the way we encountered an airline delay and had to change the destination of the goods, after departure, while the goods where still in the AIR – a process that is very complicated and can lead to delays and complications.
