The Extra Mile

Over the weekend we had a call from one of our valued customers who had an extremely urgent shipment. They were exhibiting in Germany and one essential parts of the stand had been left behind in the UK. They asked us to desperately help get the final piece to them overnight to Germany.

We arranged for one of our team members to collect the item from Manchester to deliver it to another team member at Manchester airport, who was going to personally fly it to Frankfurt. 

This all happened over the course of Monday and the item was delivered to the grateful customer Tuesday morning and is now safely at the exhibition.
