Shipping information for your Motorhome and Caravan.

Your Caravan or Motorhome must be fully towable/drivable/ and if necessary include an 'Operation Manual' which shows how to start, drive/stop the unit. 

Brakes and steering have to be in an impeccable condition, NO liquid leakages are accepted.

The cargo must be presented for shipment in a condition free of any oil, soil, dust, grease or other contamination. This includes all surfaces both internal and external (e.g. machinery, cabs, hoses, ladders, tires, wheel arches etc).

Should the cargo be received in a dirty/contaminated condition, WWL has the right not to accept cargo for loading until cleaning has taken place which is at the cost and responsibility of the cargo owner.

No personal effects are allowed in the vehicle or in its trunk. Only equipment defined as standard equipment of the vehicle when delivered from the manufacturer to the dealer like e.g. vehicle toolbox, spare tire, manuals etc. is accepted.



What can be left in a Motorhome/Caravan:

Only standard equipment i.e. Vehicle/boat tool kit, spare tyre, which can be defined as the standard equipment of the vehicle/boat when delivered from the manufacturer to the dealer. Factory or non-factory stereo devices, speakers and audio/video equipment in the

P.O.V. or trunk and lockers must be securely and permanently fixed.

Standard kitchen utilities (only: cutlery, dishes, pots), table and chairs and beddings are also allowed when they can be stored in the appropriate dedicated location.

What may NOT be left in Motorhome/Caravan:


  • No personal effects such as clothing
  • No suitcases, crates or boxes
  • No TV’s, VCR’s or DVD’s except factory installed, or accessories such as a CB radio
  • No flammable or hazardous substances, pyrotechnics flares, oils, paints, solvents
  • No pressurised cans or containers or any kind
  • No medical supplies or equipment
  • No firearms or ammunition of any kind (even deactivated weapons or spent shells)
  • No perishable goods or food stuffs, plants or vegetation
