Myles visit to Kinay HQ

Our Managing Director has just returned from his visit to Head Quarters in Istanbul. With Covid-19 restrictions Myles has not been able to visit since 2019, so it was great to see everyone including Sina, Baris, Korkut, Ilker and Rick (as seen in the top photo)

Arriving on Friday Myles met with all of the management team and sales representatives at Kinay Head Office. He also got a chance to catch up with Emine, who works for KTL Europe but is based in Istanbul. Emine’s role is to support the Operations Team with the Turkey to UK shipments and is our link between UK Operations and KTL Istanbul Operations. 

Not only did Myles get to see everyone, including Rick from KTL Australia, who was also there but he got a chance to get out and see the sights. His main highlight was taking a boat trip on the Bosphorous - which is also known as the Strait of Istanbul. It is a narrow, natural strait and an internationally significant waterway located in northwestern Turkey. 

Myles thoroughly enjoyed his trip and the chance to be to able to travel again. It was great to visit the HQ, see all of the team, many who he had not met before.
