Exhibition Import

KTL was contacted by our client, a leading creative design and brand management company, to make sure that an import from North Africa could be delivered to an exhibition within tight timescales.

The shipment consisted of some ornate furniture, so along with time constraints had to be handled with extreme care. The shipment to the UK was handled by the supplier, we generally recommend that KTL take control of the goods from origin, but in this case the goods had already departed and where on the way to London Heathrow. On arrival to the UK we had to arrange urgent customs clearance and removal from the airline shed and same day timed delivery, with a small vehicle that had a tail lift and two staff to assist in the unloading and deliver to the exhibition stand.

The timescales involved left no room for error, and KTL pulled out all the stops to ensure the goods arrived on stand in time for the exhibition opening.
